What printers ask us
How accurate are the estimates?
Nytta does not guess the price. AI only extracts the job specification from the enquiry; the estimating engine then calculates the price using your production rules: imposition, overs, make-ready and press times, finishing, delivery. During onboarding we check the results against your existing estimates.
Will Nytta replace the estimator?
No. It takes the routine off them – retyping enquiries and recalculating options. The estimator checks the specification, adjusts the margin and sends the quote.
What do you need from us?
A few real enquiries with your estimates for them, an overview of presses, papers and price lists, and time with your experienced estimator to fine-tune the rules.
What if the AI reads something wrong?
The estimator sees every extracted value in the editor and corrects it before the calculation. Anything missing from the enquiry is flagged, not filled in blindly.
How long does onboarding take?
It depends on the number of presses and processes. Think weeks rather than months – Nytta does not replace your MIS, it adds estimating to it.
How does it fit with our MIS?
Today Nytta runs alongside it: you get the customer quote as a Word file and the internal job costing as a PDF. Integration with ERP / MIS and receiving enquiries straight from e-mail are in preparation.

What about our data?
Each printing company has its own separate database and its own access. Your price lists, customers and estimates are never mixed with other printers' data. The language model only receives the text of the enquiry to extract the specification – prices are calculated by Nytta itself.
